Please note all Opti classes require a Parent of the Day to be present. You may pick your day(s)/or one will be assigned. Watch for an email with the link to sign-up genius.

Competitive/Traveling Opti

Class is built around NLYC races/regattas. Wednesday races extend to early August and weekend series goes through Labor Day weekend.
Classes are generally 4 days of the week with an additional race on Saturdays and holiday Series. Class dates vary but fall between Mon thru Fri 9a-12.
Skippers must provide or rent the boat and have a junior ($75) or family membership to NLYC. Please reach out to the sailing school director for more info on where to get a boat and how to get a crew lined up!
